    OCN PRIMA FINANTARE SRL, as Mortgage Lender, announces on 8 May 2024, at 11:00, at the following address: mun.Ungheni, str.Națională nr.10, the holding of the auction "with a shout" of the mortgaged real estate, according to the lots indicated below.  

    In order to participate in the auction, applicants shall submit, by 07.05.2024, 10:00 a.m., an application for participation in the auction, enclosing: a copy of the extract from the State Register of Legal Entities and/or a copy of the identity card, if applicable power of attorney and proof of payment of the participation deposit in the amount of 5% of the lot price. In the case of the auction of the lot(s), the deposit shall be included in the price of the goods auctioned. In the event of the loss of the auction, the deposit shall be refunded.
