Sergiu holds an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Master's degree in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Chisinau. He has over 25 years of experience in finance and microfinance, including 13 years for the 2 largest non-bank financial institutions in Moldova. His top priority is to train and grow Teams. Austrian native with a background in finance and management (Creditanstalt - Bankverein, Vienna; Deutsche Bank-Gruppe, Frankfurt am Main, Germany; BAI Banca d'America e d'Italia, Milan; DG Bank Deutsche Genossenschaftsbank AG; Münchner Bank eG, Munich, Germany; BAG AG, Hamm; KEA Gruppe, Hamm).
MICHAL RADZIWILL
Member of the Management Board
Michal has 28 years of experience in various financial and auditing fields. He has worked for audit firms (Deloitte & Touche and Mazars) as well as international corporations. Since 2006 Michał has actively contributed to the creation of CoopEst and the development of its investment activity. Concurrently with his duties as Chairman of the Executive Committee of CoopEst, he holds the position of General Director of TISE SA (Warsaw).

GABRIEL-CRISTIAN POSTOLACHE

Cristian Postolache started in entrepreneurship in 2004. He gained 14 years of substantial experience in European funds consultancy, during which time he worked on numerous projects. He then turned to the telecommunications sector, managing a specialised call centre. His experience in finance has been strengthened through collaborations with renowned international institutions such as the World Bank. His business portfolio also includes the operation of a restaurant, and his current focus is on a landscaping and plant trading company.
Ecaterina angheluță
Council Member / Head of Legal Department
With higher studies in pedagogy and law, Ecaterina Angheluță built her career as a geography and biology teacher, later becoming headmaster of the school in the village of Miliesti. She is also one of the founders and shareholders of the company. With 12 years of experience as Executive Director of SMART CREDIT, he has made a significant contribution to strengthening the company's position in the financial-banking sector. He has successfully managed the company and grown a team of professionals. He currently holds the position of Head of Legal Department, managing the portfolio of clients with enforcement files and representing the company's interests in court.
ELINA COTELEA
Internal Audit
He has 20 years of experience in the financial-accounting field, including 17 years as a chief accountant in companies in various industries. Within the company ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures ; competently and independently assesses the effectiveness of accounting and internal control systems; makes recommendations for continuous improvement of risk management, control and business processes.
NATALIA SECRIERU
Executive Director
Graduated in Economics, specialising in Accountancy, she has valuable experience as manager of the Ungheni branch, as well as a credit officer at SMART CREDIT, a position she held until mid-2018. He managed credit risks at SMART CREDIT for more than 2 years as Head of the Risk Department. As Administrator and Executive Director of Prima FINANCING Moldova, she focuses on managing day-to-day activities, aiming to increase the competitiveness and development of the organisation. Since 2022, Natalia is also a member of the Board of Directors of Prima Finanțare, Romania - https://primafinantare.ro/ actively contributing to the company's strategy and evolution.
CORNELIU IOVU
Head of Lending Department
A licensed specialist of the securities market in Moldova, he has held management positions, including on the Board of Directors, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Securities Depository, he has 27 years of experience in the financial-banking sector. He joined the SMART CREDIT team in 2019, holding the positions of Lending Expert, Riscani Branch Manager, North Region Manager, and continuously manages to develop the motivational spirit for the entire team, which brings results.
TATIANA PAVLOV
Head of Marketing & CSR
Graduate in economics. He joined the SMART CREDIT team in 2013 in the position of Credit Expert - Cashier. During his productive work in the company, he showed excellent organisational and strategic skills, becoming Head of the Lending Department, then Head of the Strategy Department. Since 2021 she has been leading the Marketing & CSR Department, being responsible for promoting the company's services and values, including online.
VICTORIA SIMA
Head of Finance
He has postgraduate accounting and finance studies, experience in accounting, finance and microfinance. Contributes to the financial sustainability of the company, streamlining investments in the company through financial planning, developing proposals to maximise revenues and streamline costs.
MARINA CHIRIAC
Head of Digital Division
Degree in Economics, specialising in Marketing and Logistics,5 years of experience in the banking sector at ProCredit Bank, along with 5 years of experience in the non-banking financial sector. Since 2019, she has been active at SMART CREDIT and is currently the Head of the Digital Division at PRIMA FINANȚARE. Together with her team, she is responsible for online customer communication and service, promoting the company’s image through various online marketing channels, as well as integrating the FinTech industry into the company's processes.
SVETLANA LAZĂR
Head of Recovery Department
Specialised in Economics, with 15 years of experience in the financial-banking sector. Since 2008 he has been working at AEI "Microcredit" as a cashier, and since 2010 he has been working at OCN "SMART CREDIT" Ltd. since 2016 he has been working as a recovery expert and since 2019 he has been working as Head of the Recovery Department.
