We’re a Dutch-Moldovan partnership introducing cutting-edge precision agriculture technology to help vegetable farmers increase yields, improve sustainability, and access better markets. To share our progress and inspire change, we’re looking for a part-time Communication Assistant (10–15 hrs/week) based in Moldova.
Your Role:
Create engaging content (blog posts, LinkedIn updates, short videos, photos) to showcase farmer success stories and project milestones.
Help design communication materials (infographics, social media posts) for local stakeholders, farmers, and international partners.
Write studies and articles to benchmark the project outputs.
Create pitches for other interested investors or stakeholders to join our impact cluster.
Support promotion events organisation (workshops, field days) and document project activities.
Design and develop project reports, including impact reports.
Collaborate with our team to amplify the project’s impact and attract new partners. Participate to meetings and discussions with market players.
Why You?
You’re a recent graduate in marketing, communications, business or other related field.
You’re fluent in English and Romanian for diverse audiences.
You have basic skills in content creation (Canva, smartphone photography/videography, or social media management).
You’re proactive, creative, and eager to learn about agri-tech and sustainable development.
You have great communication skills and able to understand different types of audiences and their expectations. Passionate about human behaviour design.
You are well organised, able to work independently and document well its own work.
What We Offer:
A part time junior position (competitive stipend) with flexible hours for minimum one year, with the potential to evolve into a full time position.
